In addition to the Direct Primary Care services listed above, members also have access to a professional dietitian and physical therapists. Members receive discounted services with other area service providers, including dentists. Dr. Larson offers Labor and Delivery services to members.
Important Clarification Regarding Insurance
Services not performed by our team or at other facilities, including hospitals, are not covered under our membership plan. Direct Primary Care Members typically maintain their current insurance, but often save money overall by changing to an insurance plan with a higher deductible.

Direct Primary Care (DPC) Membership fees
- Ages 0-19*: $50/month
- Ages 20-44: $84/month
- Ages 45-64: $109/month
- Ages 65+: $135/month
- One-Time Enrollment Fee: $99
*This fee applies for the first 3 children under the age of 20 in each member family, with at least 1 adult member. If no adult is enrolled, then the oldest child will be charged $84/month. Any additional children beyond the first 3 children will be $10/month.
Prenatal / Obstetrical Care Membership
- NaPro Services Membership: $169/month*
- Prenatal / OB Fee: $240/month*
