Members pay a small monthly membership fee that is tax-deductible (less services performed) and also supports the overall mission by helping us provide healthcare for the uninsured.
Our Direct Primary Care model does not participate in insurance. This unique approach to personal care allows patients and doctors to make medical decisions without the interference of insurance providers.
As a Direct Primary Care practice, we only accept a few hundred patients at a time. Fewer patients means we take our time to ensure you receive highly personalized care and our full menu of benefits.
Services not performed by our team or at other facilities, including hospitals, are not covered under our membership plan. Members typically maintain their current insurance, but often save money overall by changing to an insurance plan with a higher deductible.
*This fee applies for the first 3 children under the age of 20 in each member family, with at least 1 adult member. If no adult is enrolled, then the oldest child will be charged $79/month. Any additional children beyond the first 3 children will be $10/month.
*NaPro Services are not included in regular DPC membership. To receive NaPro Services, a member must be enrolled as a NaPro Services membership.
