Your personal relationship with your doctor includes:

What Is Included In DPC Membership?
Important Clarification Regarding Insurance
Services not performed by our team or at other facilities, including hospitals, are not covered under our membership plan. Direct Primary Care Members typically maintain their current insurance, but often save money overall by changing to an insurance plan with a higher deductible.
Direct Primary Care (DPC) Membership Pricing
Ages 0-19*: $55/month
Ages 20-44: $93/month
Ages 45-64: $120/month
Ages 65+: $149/month
*This fee applies for the first 3 children under the age of 20 in each member family, with at least 1 adult member. If no adult is enrolled, then the oldest child will be charged $93/month. Any additional children beyond the first 3 children will be $10/month.
